Be our next Senior Project Manager, Bridges & Structures

 

What a day at EXP has in store for you

Lead a team on complex structural designs for all assets within transportation infrastructure including bridges/tunnels/culverts, retaining walls, noise walls, rail station new/rehab, etc. for State, Local, and Federal contracts. Manage on-call/IDIQ contracts; and tender phase and final design for Design-Build and Public Private Partnership contracts Expand and develop the capabilities of the Mid-Atlantic office staff Business development with clients, owners, and contractors Development of cost estimates and perform constructability reviews of assigned projects  Lead the development of pursuit proposals for various clients Provide support as a Subject Matter Expert Provide QA/QC of documents, plans, specs, etc. 

 

What your experience looks like

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 15+ years of work experience successfully supporting above responsibilities.  Must maintain a Professional Engineers license.  Having a solid understanding and working relationships with infrastructure owners in the Mid-Atlantic region is preferred. Must be familiar with various design software applicable to the above responsibilities. Candidate must be familiar with current practice design, construction means and methods, scheduling, constructability, design codes, etc. Possess strong understanding of all applicable project plans, design specifications, contracts, subcontracts, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents for our various clients.  Have ability to communicate very well – both verbally and in writing. Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, workshops, etc.  Travel may require overnight stay for some trips.

The pay range for this role is $155,000 to $172,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
