Must Haves:
Minimum 10 years of project management experience in a similar construction role.At least 2 years of people management experience in a construction setting.Strong knowledge of current construction methods, materials, procedures, drawings, specifications, and building codes.Proficiency in budgeting and estimating, including experience with word processing and spreadsheet software.Self-motivated, organized, and efficient, with a creative approach to problem-solving.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with strong analytical and mathematical abilities.Nice to Haves:Proven interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills.Ability to maintain a service-oriented attitude and work courteously, tactfully, and diplomatically under pressure and in high-interruption environments.Strong relationship management skills, maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong time management and prioritization skills.Project Management Gold Seal Certification (an asset).Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (an asset).Applied Science Technologist (AScT) designation (an asset).
