Kforce has a client in Dublin, CA that is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a Telephony implementation. Summary: The pilot program for MS Teams phone usage is being rolled out. The plan is to be able to roll out to entire organization once pilot is approved. The client has been working on this for the past two years - solutions architect on has been putting together the solution as far as direct routing, implementing SBCs, what kind of phones do we want to standardize on, what are the qualifications for someone to get a new phone, etc. This group owns MS Teams. The candidate will have to build in the change management piece as well: * Specific to DCs (1000 users - shared phones, not dedicated phones for supervisors and shift leads in the DCs) * Corp (Dublin, Guam, Puerto Rico, - 5000 users * BO (LA, Boston, NY)- 1000 users * All will need to adopt what happens with the DC roll out Duties: * Setting up meetings with stakeholders * Status and change updates * Scheduling, working with EAs to schedule * Assigning tasks/delegating and driving to completions
