As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of a large-scale fiber-to-the-home deployment project. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that encompasses both design and build aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the project, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient project deliveryTeam Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and productive work environmentRisk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely completion and budget adherenceQuality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to deliver a high-quality fiber networkStakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholdersQualifications:
8+ years of experience in project management, in the telecommunications industry.Bachelor’s degree in, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field (desirable but not essential)Proven ability to manage complex projects and teamsStrong understanding of construction practices, methodologies, and costsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWorking Conditions:
This position will require travel based on project requirementsWhen not traveling, this position does have the ability to work from homeCompany vehicle will be provided for all required travelAdditional Information:
