As a senior Project Manager, you’ll collaborate with a team of Technical Leads across disciplines such as System Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, and Process & Operations Engineering. You will ensure program’s success while aligning with critical teams like Marketing, Finance, HR, Service, and Manufacturing. You’ll be at the forefront of a dynamic, fast-paced program, strategically managing cross-functional smaller projects for maximum impact and ROI.
Responsibilities:
Lead and monitor the execution of high-impact development projects/ program. Coordinate project interdependencies and align deliverables with program goals. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and program documentation. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, addressing challenges as they arise. Manage stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving efforts. Ensure seamless alignment between different teams and colleagues to maintain progress. Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Build and maintain a program structure that thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strategically arrange and synchronize all interconnected smaller projects within the program. Foster a collaborative, high-performing project organization across multiple teams.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Technology or Industrial Engineering or Management. 3+ years’ or recent experience leading large-scale development projects, or 5+ years managing smaller R&D projects. Experience in the high-tech equipment industry is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
