Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sr. Project Manager to provide analytical support and drive project implementation within our Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in project management, supply chain, logistics, and procurement, and will excel in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
+ Provide analytical support to the Project Management Office under minimal supervision.
+ Proactively participate in processes and make recommendations for system refinements.
+ Support planning sessions as documentation lead and/or workstream lead.
+ Participate in the evaluation and feasibility process for potential projects.
+ Provide clear direction on project requirements to meet expectations of external customers and business stakeholders.
+ Interact through program and/or project updates and reviews with all levels of management.
+ Drive implementation of projects by establishing strategy, schedules, budgets, and financial analysis.
+ Promote the use of Project Management Methodology throughout projects.
+ Approve team deliverables for project completion.
+ Lead team in risk management approaches and systems.
+ Make decisions regarding the appropriate risk when there is substantial project or program impact.
+ Ensure appropriate linkages of information to the project prioritization and/or portfolio process.
+ Maximize business results through continuous improvement in the organization’s ability to execute projects and programs from initiation to completion and production scale-up.
+ Own SharePoint site, tracking and execution of scope and financial deliverables and associated reporting.
+ Provide financial analysis and justification for new projects or programs.
+ Submit monthly financial updates via SharePoint.
+ Eliminate or minimize barriers to progress.
+ Anticipate potential conflict situations, identify and act on proactive solutions.
+ Provide weekly and monthly SharePoint updates of initiative and milestone status.
+ Participate and present updates/escalated items and field questions in the standing global Master Planner meeting.
+ Escalate issues, risks, and changes via established Integration Management Office (IMO) and Quality Workstream communication mechanisms.
+ Utilize and enhance standard reporting and communication tools to ensure appropriate and timely communication and reporting from multiple projects and quality/regulatory Core Team members.
+ Participate and facilitate meetings.
+ Execute to completion of harmonized process/quality system element roll-out in collaboration with the team.
+ Coordinate document owners and SMEs to ensure harmonized end state/content/IT tools.
+ Develop change plans and complete issuance/roll-out of processes.
+ Participate in and execute elements of the Quality Integration Workstream Core Team and Communication Plan.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Management exp (project manager, project coordinator, program manager, etc.).
+ Minimum 3 years of industry experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, or similar.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
+ Experience in large companies (500 employees or more).
+ Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in Healthcare, Medical Device, Pharma, or other heavily regulated industries preferred.
+ Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and/or separations.
+ Project certifications (PMP, etc.).
+ Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in the office per week. The work schedule is between 7 AM and 5 PM. You will be supporting the Evergreen project, which involves separating a business unit from a larger organization.
