Sr. Project Manager with at least 8 years experience in managing a large complex programs and/or managing a program. The successful candidate should have experience managing COTS (commercial-off-the-shelf) products and deliverables ensuring that the SOW is performed to the satisfaction of the Sponsors.
They will be overseeing the integration of the Development Contractor’s plan and methodology into the Master Schedule to track all project progress. They will be ensuring that appropriate updates to the Project Management Plan and related project components are done as outlined in the SDLC. They will be working collaboratively with development staff and support staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities, and to ensure that all communications between stakeholders are precise. They will be following the established EPA PMO procedures and methodologies.
The Program Manager directs, controls, administers, and regulates an enhancement or development program. The Program Manager is the individual ultimately responsible to the agency. The Program Manager’s primary responsibility is to drive the entire effort from start to finish. The Program Manager must ensure that the program is completed on schedule and that the final product meets the business, technical, and established quality requirements.
