Job Description:
The core service offering is a content management and digital marketing platform used by marketing departments for online marketing initiatives.
The candidate should have 6+ years of experience in the responsibilities outlined below. This position is operationally focused, but also requires strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in web content management production support, as well as experience with managing projects and new initiatives.
Role responsibilities
Business-to-Technical Liaison:
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the business ( marketing departments) and eBT
- Provide technical leadership for problem solving
- Ensure clear ownership of problem determination / resolution
- Ensure completeness of problem analysis / impact analysis
- Review completeness of root cause and recommend resolutions / workarounds
Request/Service Request (SR) Management:
- Understand and adhere to user request/SR processes and SLA
- Inventory/track and monitor all SRs to ensure SLA compliance
- Provide technical leadership for all user request/SR delivery matters
Documentation and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain process and procedure documentation in the group’s Sharepoint workspace
- Incorporate new standards and procedures into the operations
- Liaison between the internal technology teams and drive operational improvements and consistency
- Prepare weekly management reports that capture performance metrics
Project Management:
- Manage new initiatives and projects periodically for platform enhancements
Required skills:
- Production support experience
- Offshore resource management experience
- Technically strong and able to perform technical planning and review
- Good client management skills
- Technical experience in Web technologies including, Java, HTML, Javascript, CSS, JQuery
- Deep knowledge of content management concepts (Tridion preferred)
- Solid project management skills, especially in a cross-functional environment
- Fully conversant in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)|
- Excellent prioritization, organizational and time management skills
- Solid experience in documenting requirements and technical specifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Application development background preferred
- Incident management skills and experience
- Experience in change management process within a large corporation
- Experience managing technical bridges and guiding problems to resolution
- Ability to translate business requirements into proposed IT services & solution
