The Opportunity
Be responsible for ensuring that projects of all sizes are completed in line with quality, budget and program expectations Act as Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader on selected projects and be responsible for successful delivery of those projects Develop sound working relationships with clients, partners, sub-consultants etc. Set and meet agreed budgets and deadlines. In addition, you may be accountable for managing the financial performance of specified areas Contribute to business development activities through winning new projects and negotiating contracts with target client groupIs this role right for you?
Recognised tertiary qualifications in form of a Bachelors’ degree in Civil Engineering. A Masters’ degree will be well regarded 10-15 years professional experience. Proven industry experience as a Project Manager/Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader in project/design management ideally within Data Centre work. Membership of relevant professional institution(s) Sound working knowledge of relevant Indonesian legislation, regulations, codes of practice, standards and guidelines A deep knowledge and understanding of multi-disciplinary projects interfaces as evidenced through substantial and demonstrated experience.What we offer you
