HireRight is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Onboarding team, preferably with industry experience. This role will be responsible for the onboarding of new customers, from the point of sale to the go-live stage. The Project Manager will ensure proper processes and procedures are followed in accordance with HireRight Legal, Contracts, and Compliance. Additionally, this position will focus on resolving obstacles to guarantee that customers go live with HireRight as scheduled, without issues. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with various teams, including Sales, Sales Engineers, Sales Analyst, Account Setup, Credentialing, Account Management, Product, Development, Legal and Compliance.
Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for new customers in the onboarding process .Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while maintaining regular communication with customers throughout onboarding. Focus on specialized tasks and projects, taking responsibility for management without direct oversight.Research to client inquiries promptly and efficiently.Provide solutions to clients from both process and product perspective.Identify and resolve technical challenges, leveraging expertise to find solutions.Maintain a deep technical knowledge and skill set in the relevant fields.Manage tasks and projects independently while demonstrating ownership of assigned work.Contribute to the organization’s success through the individual expertise and hands-on work.Foster innovation, problem-solving, and technical excellence.Communicate proactively with clients, demonstrating a sense of ownership for all aspects of the project and client needs.Lead calls and tasks with a structured and influential approach.Communicate effectively with clients through meeting agendas, verbal discussions during meetings, and written follow-up communication regarding deliverables and next steps for implementation.Manage complex business challenges and unforeseen situations through effective problem-solving skills. QualificationsEducation:
High school diploma required.College degree and PMP certification preferred, or in pursuit of certification.
Experience:
5 Years Project Manager experience required, specifically with client-facing projects.Industry experience preferred.High level experience in using HireRight Systems is desirable.Strong verbal and written communication skills appropriate for a business setting.Requirement:
