Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Automations Senior Project Manager to manage projects under the HR Automations Program as part of the HR Strategic Initiatives team. This pivotal role involves coordinating all activities to ensure HR automations are thoughtfully conceived, thoroughly vetted for technical feasibility, expertly designed to maximize business value, and delivered on schedule and within budget. The successful candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders and the HR IT team. Key Responsibilities: * Senior Project Manager will lead and manage the HR Automations Program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs * Collaborate with HR stakeholders and the HR IT team to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements * Conduct detailed process analysis and documentation to support automation initiatives * Evaluate and recommend the appropriate technical solutions for identified automation opportunities * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery * Facilitate clear and concise communication between HR, IT, and other relevant stakeholders * As a Senior Project Manager, you will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies * Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and deliverables * Ensure all automation projects comply with company policies and regulatory requirements by gaining approval from appropriate stakeholders
