Complete Description:
DHCF’s Health Care Operations Administration has a need for a senior technical project manager. The senior technical project manager will serve as the lead project manager as DHCF seeks to implement SAS datasets using flat file extracts from the District’s Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). These SAS datasets will provide DHCF with a platform to perform data mining and business intelligence queries. The senior technical project manager will work with DHCF’s Health Care Operations Administration and the Division of Research and Rate-Setting Analysis to define business process and data element requirements. Additionally the senior technical project manager will work with DHCF’s MMIS vendor to ensure the extract, transform, and load (ETL) process is implemented correctly and that it captures the appropriate data elements. The senior project manager will also ensure that new ETL processes are developed and that flat file extracts are successfully transferred to the District’s SAS environment by the District’s MMIS as data element needs continue to evolve. Subsequently, the senior technical project manager will work the SAS Administrator and SAS Programmer to develop and manage a schedule for implementing and maintaining the SAS datasets.
