Jacobs PMCM team is looking for an experienced and driven client-focused Senior Project Manager.  In this role, you’ll manage the administration of the project for the Owner and be responsible to oversee the construction through the project’s completion and closeout. This position will provide supervision and oversight for the project team, is client facing and will be the direct contact to the Owner. Responsibilities • Responsible for supporting our client with the on-site oversight of the Construction Manager at Risk during the construction phase. • Resolve complex design and construction related issues, disputes, and disagreements. • Proactive, detailed, and consistent communication with the client • Attend assigned meetings to cover weekly job progress meetings; issues meeting minutes during construction • Review status of projects and monitor variances of the design and construction project database relative to scheduling • Provide oversight of two or more Project Management team members • Provide support and assistance to the Deputy Program Manager • Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture (consideration will be given to individuals with other degrees combined with construction management experience) • CMAR experience a plus • Minimum of 15 years’ experience as a Project Manager in an Owner, Architecture, or Construction organization • Project Management experience must include direct oversight of Consultants and Contractors • Experience on large expansions and/or new construction during both design and construction phases for projects valued over $100 Million and at least 250,000 GSF • Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or a Project Management Professional (PMP, PgMP, or PfMP) a plus • Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building Sponsorship is not available for this position Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
