Senior Project Manager
We have an outstanding career opportunity for aSenior Project Manager to join a leading Company located in theGaithersburg, MD surrounding area. Salary: 150k -160K Looking for a driven Senior Project Manager with experience in Fast Paced Retrofit projects to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about project management. Working directly for the Division Manager of our Special Projects Division, you will manage jobs from creation to job completion. Job Responsibilities: + Overseeing multiple HVAC systems installations. + Plan schedule activities, allocate resources, and manage project budget. + Communicate with customers to schedule access to buildings and coordinate project activities. + Manage contract documents and written scope of work to ensure customer satisfaction. + Coordinate with purchasing and vendors to track equipment orders and delivery. + Coordinate with the field superintendent on the activities of the subs and field labor. + Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations + Responsible for written and verbal communications , along with keeping a very organized work and documentation flow process. + Conducting project closeout activities such as documentation and handover to the client. + Conducting site visits. + Acts as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors. + Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. + Performing other duties as assigned by the Division Manager. Basic Hiring Criteria: + Have 10 or more years of prior experience in managing HVAC Projects or + A minimum of a bachelor's degree in project management, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management + Experience managing Small/Large retrofit projects in various commercial, institutional, and healthcare industries. + Experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating various subcontractors. + Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously. + Ability to read and interpret mechanical diagrams and construction drawings/ blueprints. + Knowledge of reading and managing contract documents and project scope of work. + Organized in workflow & documentation processes. + Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project or similar tracking software experience. + Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
