Senior Project Manager
**Job Title: Construction Project Manager and Superintendents** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Managers and Superintendents to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage various commercial construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety standards and client requirements. **Responsibilities** + Lead the project team in project startup tasks, including pre-construction design development, budgeting, and estimating. + Assist the estimating team by attending pre-bid meetings, performing quantity take-offs, soliciting subcontractor proposals, and submitting bids. + Manage permit submission and approval processes. + Execute and manage subcontract agreements. + Oversee project budgets and schedules, making necessary adjustments to meet project goals. + Create, distribute, and collect submittals for project manager review. + Assist in creating and maintaining overall project schedules. + Coordinate and schedule trade partner activities. + Serve as the main point of contact with the owner and on-site representative. + Ensure compliance with safety requirements for trade partners and project teams. + Document and distribute meeting minutes for subcontractor and owner meetings. + Update and distribute construction drawings and specifications. + Conduct quantity take-offs to accurately measure subcontractor proposals. + Complete project projections, margin plans, and manage change orders. + Review and approve subcontractor payment applications and material supplier invoices. + Complete and submit monthly owner payment applications. **Essential Skills** + Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or business-related field. + Minimum of five years’ experience in Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. + 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in commercial construction. + Certified in OSHA 10 or 30 (preferred). + Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, practices, and tools. + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. + Valid driver’s license. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in project management software + Certified in OSHA 10 or 30 (preferred). **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, paid time off, and paid holidays.
