Senior Project Manager
Role:  Senior Project Manager
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + package
Location: SE London (3 days a week)

We are currently searching on behalf of our client, a well-established multi-disciplined Construction Consultancy based in SE London for a Senior Associate Partner Building Surveyor.

They are a well-established, multi-disciplined consultancy practice providing services across both the public and private sectors. Due to their recent success as Project Managers on major frameworks within London and the Southeast of England, we are currently recruiting to expand our team.

Role Overview: 
The successful candidate will work directly on projects ranging from £1 million to £30 million, both pre and post-contract. You will report directly to Project Management Partners and assist in the coordination and training of Project Managers, Contract Administrators, and Employer’s Agents within the practice.

Candidate Requirements: Ideally MRICS/FRICS/MAPM/CHPP accredited with a minimum of 4 years of post-graduate experience in Project Management, Employer’s Agent, and Contract Administration. Candidates without accreditation but with over 10 years of significant experience in the construction industry, including 4 years in a Senior PM position, will also be considered. Extensive experience in Project Management and the day-to-day tasks listed in the Senior Project Management job description. Previous experience with public sector projects ranging from £1 million to £30 million. Well-organized, efficient, and able to work to tight deadlines using initiative. Experience in Client Development, Networking, Business Development, and assisting with submissions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to see tasks through to completion. Proven IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Projects. Flexible, confident, and self-motivated with a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the team. Ability to identify areas of commercial opportunity for future development. Experience in managing a project team and reporting on team performance to senior managers. Experience in managing, mentoring, and training juniors and graduates. Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
