Job Description Day-to-Day: Insight Global is looking for a highly skilled individual to join one of the largest casinos local to the Las Vegas market. We are in need of a Project/Program Manager professional who comes from a digital background that has experience delivering on incredibly tight deadlines against budgets, transforming the digital space for users, and working on multiple projects with various teams. We are currently using our mobile application to support all users of the hotel services this system currently manages bookings, rewards systems, reservations, and so on and is the first place many go that contribute to the companys revenue. This is an incredibly fast paced and intense environment that promotes a collaborative environment with high diversity of thought. Key Duties - Provides professional support across the Enterprise PMO team working with 3 different delivery/scrum teams - Develops, makes recommendations, and maintains project plans, charters, and schedules that support customer needs. - Partners with the sponsor or Sr. PM to create alignment and define the project business objectives, measurable benefits, success criteria, scope, deliverables and constraints impacting project delivery. - Monitors project schedule, cost, and progress to ensure projects are completed on time and fulfill the objectives of the project charter. - Communicates project status to participants and stakeholders in writing as well as in formal presentations. - Serve as a professional voice for the technical delivery team all the way to executive leadership on whats been done and where you plan to take this project We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - 5+ years of experience as a Project or Digital Program Manager - Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree. - Demonstrated aptitude to independently manage projects and manage multiple objectives/tasks. - Demonstrated ability to positively influence project outcomes using analytical approach and instilling a sense of urgency in the project team to complete work on time - Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology groups understanding of what a technical outcome looks like and translating that to business users and into business requirements and presenting to executive leadership - Experience working within an Agile framework - High competency for budget and timeline tracking - PMP certification or desire to obtain PMP certification - Experience working within the gaming/casino industry OR Digital Agency background - Jira expert null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
