We are seeking a **Senior Project Manager** to join our team in our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of BSW contracts within our organization. Your role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams, and working with the BSW Operations leader to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. **Why TAK?** + Full Time + Paid Weekly + **Compensation:** **$95K - $115K annually, DOE** + Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental & Vision) + Paid Time Off + 401(k) with Company Match! + 25K Company Paid Life Insurance + Independent Work & Team Collaboration + Career Development & Advancement Opportunities! **The Role** + Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets + Assist with development and implementation of WFM + Coordinate with the executive team to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables + Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders + Lead a diverse team of telecom professionals, including project coordinators, project managers, contractors, and some field personnel + Foster a collaborative work environment and provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members + Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as finance, executive team, operations, engineering, and regulatory compliance + Manage construction schedules and resources, optimizing efficiency and productivity + Conduct or coordinate site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed + Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that construction work meets or exceeds quality standards + Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation to achieve project objectives within budgetary constraints + Monitor and control project expenses, review contractor invoices, and resolve any financial discrepancies + Assist executives with new SOW’s and ensure that all related parties have comprehensive understanding + Establish effective communication channels with executives, and functional managers. + Collaborate with utility companies, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and facilitate project approvals + Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to executives; highlighting key milestones, risks, and accomplishments + Will travel as needed +/- 25% annually + Other duties as assigned Requirements + 3-5+ years of project leadership experience in telecommunications construction, drop bury, and/or installation operations + PMP or Project Management experience in Construction Management or related field a plus + Proven track record in project management and operations leadership + Strong understanding of project controls, financial management, and risk mitigation + Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software + Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration + Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment + Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively + Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills + Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities + Ability to travel as needed +/- 25% annually + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with executives at all levels + Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving project objectives + Valid driver’s license + Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen) _The compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
