FactSet is looking for a Senior Implementation Project Manager to join the Buy Side Professional Services team. In this role, you will lead complex implementations and large-scale transformation projects for clients in EMEA, including asset servicers, asset managers, and pension funds. As a project manager in the Professional Services Group, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and strategic impact for our clients. With your extensive expertise, you will inspire teams, foster collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of high-value projects. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days in the office per week.
What You’ll Do
Drive end-to-end implementation and transformation projects for FactSet’s largest and most strategic clients, ensuring seamless integration with their systems and workflows.Oversee and manage project timelines, scope, and budgets, ensuring adherence to agreed milestones and deliverables.Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and managing expectations to achieve successful outcomes.Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, sales, and support, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis, documenting client needs and translating them into actionable technical specifications.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively, leveraging your expertise to address complex challenges and ensure on-time delivery.Oversee all aspects of testing, training, and deployment, ensuring clients are fully operational and deriving maximum value from FactSet solutions.Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact and fostering long-term partnerships.Facilitate communication and alignment across all levels of stakeholders, including client executives and internal teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.Monitor and analyze project KPIs, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and identify new business opportunities.What We’re Looking For
Required Skills
7+ years of relevant professional experience, with a strong track record of delivering successful implementation and transformation projects.Robust technical and/or finance background, with expertise in asset/portfolio management and financial regulations.Advanced project management skills, with professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.Proven leadership capabilities, with experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.Exceptional client management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives and simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and drive innovative solutions.Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strategic mindset with a keen eye for identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver additional value to clients.Preferred Skills
