Senior Project Manager
Job Title: Sr. Project Manager Job Description As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Your daily tasks will include project planning, budget management, team coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will run a $50 million project immediately. Responsibilities + Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. + Create comprehensive project plans and schedules. + Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met. + Coordinate and lead project teams to achieve objectives. + Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. + Interact with stakeholders and end clients to build effective relationships. + Conduct site visits and attend weekly meetings at the office. Essential Skills + 10 years of experience in project management. + Extensive construction management experience. + Experience managing commercial construction projects with budgets ranging from $10 million to $25 million. + Proven track record of completing projects on time and on budget. + Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills. + Proficiency in scheduling and estimation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + In-depth knowledge of all trades aspects including carpentry and concrete finish work. Work Environment You will be required to conduct site visits and work from the office, which has been recently renovated. Weekly meetings will take place at the office, and each team member will have their own office at the headquarters. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $200000.00/hr.
