We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. As a senior member of our project management team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and provide strategic and tactical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets.

Lead and inspire project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior project managers.

Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress, risks, and changes.

Identify and proactively address potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Efficiently allocate and manage resources to optimize project performance and meet organizational goals.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through thorough testing and validation processes.

Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met.

Implement best practices, process improvements, and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance overall project management efficiency.

Foster collaboration and teamwork across departments to achieve project objectives and promote a positive working environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.

7-10 years of proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Knowledge or experience within the automotive repair industry is a plus

Desired Skills

Using Azure Dev Ops, Smart Sheets, or other platforms used to manage projects and the application development lifecycle.

As a business analyst helping functional teams document requirements for new projects and application/product development

With a variety of project management methodologies (waterfall, scrum, kanban)
