Summary
AAA Project Managers work across multiple disciplines and business lines, and must be able to understand their clients’ businesses and build credibility quickly. Typical project areas include: implementing new technology, process or system improvements; building new business lines, vendor selection, product development, and launch.
The individual in this role must be able to deftly apply skills and methodology to manage others, proactively mitigate risks, resolve issues, escalate when appropriate, and overall drive project to completion.
Essential Functions
+ Core Project Execution. Deliver critical MWG technology projects with focused prioritization discipline and planning on time, on budget to meet business goals.
+ Execute projects using standard AAA MWG methodology for defining, tracking, communicating and Plan, schedule, manage and coordinate all aspects of the project life cycle; Analysis / Design, Build, Test, Implement, Training / Change Management and Operationalization.
+ Provide project leadership, anticipate bottlenecks, mitigate project risks and balance the business needs delivering measurable business benefits. Improve methodology and tools over time
+ versus technical constraints.
+ Develop PMO Team Capabilities. Mentor and guidance for Jr. Project Management Team Members and build PMO team talent skills through tools, methodology and resources.
+ Drive Strategic Alignment. Collaborate with project sponsors and business partners to provide thought leadership and guidance on defining business cases, key benefits, options, and recommendations.
+ Contribute to collaborative, multi-disciplinary project team efforts in an agile environment including running agile daily stand-ups..
+ Maintain meticulous records of project and program financials, issues, risks, decisions, and schedules.
+ Prepare detailed budget estimates including seeking approval. Monitor project activities to determine if budget revisions are necessary.
+ Effectively identify and resolve any issues throughout the project life cycle. Analyze problems, recommend solutions. Distinguish between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical decisions
+ Control project changes by collecting relevant information, evaluating the performance compared to the plan; share the results.
+ Conduct a post-project evaluation. Assess project results, activities and processes
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
+ Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle (Preferred)
+ Knowledge of technology infrastructure (Preferred)
+ Excellent leadership, organizational and time management skills (Required)
+ Adaptable self-starter who is skilled at creating structure in ambiguous environments (Required)
+ Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically and recommend solutions (Required)
+ Outstanding presentation, verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels (Required)
+ Ability to identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns (Required)
+ Basic knowledge of GSuite/MS Office applications (Required)
+ Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles. (Required)
+ Ability to communicate your ideas and solutions in simple language (business jargon not needed) to your team, and executives.
+ Fast learner of new and different technologies, like Google to collaborate.
+ Experience with or understanding of agile methodologies for project delivery
+ Experience with change management strategy based on situational awareness of changes and the groups impacted (Preferred)
Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification
+ Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ 5+ yrs. of project experience in a consulting firm / environment. 2+ years of experience leading full life-cycle projects, consisting of multiple business units, $500,000 in budget
+ 5+ yrs. identifying resistance and performance gaps, and working to develop and implement corrective actions
+ 5+ yrs. of experience training others to use process, organization, change, and/or learning improvement methodologies
+ 5+ years experience project managing software and hardware deployments in medium to large companies (preferred)

We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $129,223.00 - Mid: $161,528.00- Max: $193,834.00
