ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work within the Marketing Operations team to project manage a portfolio of initiatives tied to ongoing MarTech capability enhancements and business launches that have MarTech dependencies, largely having to do with our Braze customer engagement platform. Activities and scope will include small- and large-scale projects ranging in duration from weeks to multiple quarters, self-contained projects to highly matrixed and cross-functional, and simple to highly technical and complex. The Senior Project Manager will build out end-to-end project plans, or Marketing Operations inputs into larger plans, manage and track status, identify risks and dependencies, and communicate to internal and external stakeholders. The position primarily interfaces with Marketing Operations, along with Product, Data, and Engineering teams.

Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risksAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverablesReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work planDetermine and define project scope and objectivesPredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient mannerDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work planProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressManage dependencies with stakeholder groups by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverablesUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionMonitor progress and make adjustments as neededMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvementWHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field2+ years working in a project management capacity in the marketing or marketing technology spaceRelevant work experience with Digital, Media, and Entertainment, or other tech industriesWorking experience in the Atlassian suiteWorking experience in Agile methodologyPMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organizationProven ability to solve problems creativelyStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleExcellent analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline#Ll-WW1

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $106,000.00-161,500.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $88,300.00-134,500.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
