In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of digital business validation, product development, and operational initiatives that support our industrial and operational drive strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, integrating digital tools and methodologies to optimize processes, drive efficiencies, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

As our new Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading complex projects that drive digital and industrial advancements within Danfoss. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are strategically aligned, delivered on time, and achieve key business objectives.
 

Your key responsibilities will include:
 

Developing project scopes with a strong focus on business value creation and measurable outcomes. Aligning and driving digital initiatives with operational goals to enhance industrial productivity and revenue growth. Managing the full lifecycle of digital projects, ensuring cost control, adherence to industrial standards, and timely execution. Leading cross-functional teams, integrating technical, operational, and business expertise to deliver high-impact solutions. Engaging with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to define priorities, secure alignment, and ensure transparency on project objectives. Identifying project risks early, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Driving the integration of advanced digital tools, platforms, and methodologies tailored for industrial environments, ensuring scalability and sustainability across business units. Measuring project success based on clear business impact and performance metrics. Background & Skills

To succeed in this role, you must have a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex digital transformation initiatives. You are results-oriented and possess excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure project alignment with business priorities.
 

We also imagine that you:
 

Hold a master’s degree in electrical engineering, Software, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Have a proven track record of leading business-driven digital transformation projects. Possess strong project management skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams. Have experience implementing Lean and Agile methodologies in an industrial digital product context. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a business-centric mindset. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Bring knowledge of industrial IoT, automation systems, digital twin, and AI/ML technologies (a significant advantage). Have experience in analytics, energy solutions, or AI/ML (preferred). Are fluent in English, with experience working in multi-cultural environments.
