About the Job
We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the production of retail projects, assign tasks to team members, and ensure project completion through the construction phase. Clear communication and accountability are crucial as you will interact with clients and walk them through project details. The ability to conceptualize drawings based on given requirements and specifications is essential.

Job Responsibilities
+ Verify production retail projects and assign tasks to specified team members.
+ Oversee projects from inception to the construction phase.
+ Communicate effectively with clients to drive project pipelines efficiently.
+ Assist with production to manage current workload and project timelines.
+ Oversee teams of at least 5 people, ensuring task completion on time.
+ Report directly to the Principal for any changes or updates.
+ Create and manage a full set of construction documents (CDs).
+ Identify redlining and markups, and delegate tasks for fixes.
+ Perform project management and principal responsibilities, including scheduling, meeting deadline milestones, firm organization, and verifying work.
+ Manage tenant improvement and retail projects, and assist with current workloads.
+ Bring in new projects and clients to help build the business and project pipeline.
Job Requirements
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
+ 8+ years of experience working in an architecture firm using AutoCAD and Revit.
+ Ability to create full sets of CDs.
+ Identify and correct redlining and markups.
+ At least 4 years of previous experience as a Project Manager or Director performing PM/Principal responsibilities.
+ 5+ years of experience in retail and/or tenant improvement projects.
+ Detail and goal-oriented.
+ Team player.
+ Effective oral and written communication.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 annually.
Workplace Type
This is a hybrid position, requiring 4 days in the office.
