Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to use your skills to work on hospitals, laboratories, and large industrial and institutional projects. This role involves overseeing complex mechanical and plumbing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesManage overall labor efforts on mechanical and plumbing projects.Oversee project schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety measures.Solve problems related to mechanical and plumbing system installation and operation.Ensure project execution aligns with management controls and standards.Handle projects with budgets exceeding $5 million.Essential Skills5-10 years’ experience in Heavy Industrial and Institutional Construction.Background in mechanical process piping and advanced plumbing systems.Experience with self-perform mechanical/plumbing contractors.Proficiency in project management controls (schedules, cost control, procurement, quality/safety).Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in engineering, commercial construction, and design.Mechanical engineering background.Work Environment
Work on-site at various locations including hospitals, laboratories, and industrial facilities. Projects are large-scale and exceed budgets of $5 million. Dress code is professional attire suitable for construction site visits. Work hours may vary depending on project needs, with flexibility required for managing deadlines and site visits.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
