Senior Project Manager
Job Title: Project Manager IIIWork Environment

This position can be fully remote with the equipment provided.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Will need to work on central standard time.

Qualifications:6+ years of experience in the same functional area on 3 or more concurrent projects.Experience managing 2 or more projects concurrently at different phases.Experience with SQL and relational databases. Must be familiar and proficient with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (for app building), Power Automate (for workflow automation), Power BI (for data analysis).Ability to document stakeholder interactions in written and flow diagrams.Ability to conduct a complete impact analysis.Working knowledge of VISIO.Experience with Agile projects and methodology.Responsibilities

Will be handling Project Management and Business Analyst responsibilities.

Stakeholder Engagement: Meet with stakeholders to understand and document their needs in a requirement repository. Act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders.Project Management: Engage and manage stakeholders, processes, and technology to achieve project objectives and operational processes. Develop and manage project timelines, forecast time and budget spend, and allocate resources.Solution Design: Identify and design innovative solutions using SQL and Microsoft Power Platform.Development Support: Partner with and assist the development team during development and testing phases, including unit, functional, and user acceptance testing.Communication: Develop and publish a communication plan for project deployment. Educate stakeholders on the deployment plan.Documentation: Develop and maintain training and user documentation. Create and communicate status updates to appropriate stakeholders.Program Onboarding: Onboard new programs into the staff management applications and processes. Support diverse staff management programs in application and processes.Coordination: Coordinate and support staff management program administrators with their program personnel changes and business support needs.Issue Management: Capture issues and enhancement requests, document them in the backlog. Perform initial analysis to define the issue or enhancement using SQL and analysis of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI applications.Additional Skills & QualificationsSmartsheet development (preferred).Proven ability to concurrently manage projects and daily support.Highly skilled in ER diagrams.Ability to identify and design innovative solutions.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $95.00/hr.
