Stand Together Trust is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the creation and delivery of projects that support business goals and enable the organization to meet emerging opportunities. This role will involve overseeing high-impact media, partnership, and community activations that align with cultural, marketing, and consumer-facing objectives.
In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to scope, plan, and manage complex projects. You’ll have regular engagement with leadership, executing initiatives that empower social entrepreneur partners, elevate movements, and drive positive social change. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, planning, and delivering high-stakes activation projects, ensuring they meet business goals and deadlines.How You Will ContributeDefine project objectives, scope, and deliverables for marketing activations and campaignsLead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex activation projects within budget and timelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and manage marketing, media, and community initiatives.Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, and consultant teams to ensure seamless project execution.Ensure successful go-lives, helping partners achieve their objectives with confidence.Oversee budget management, stakeholder communication, and timely delivery of deliverables across various activation initiatives.Partner with workstream leaders or subject matter experts to create a business case that will explain the project’s value, viability, and benefits to the business. Prepare project charters: outline the scope, objectives, direction, and other key elements to define what will be done, roles and responsibilities, and a timeline. Prepare detailed plans and deliver projects within allocated time and resource targets to satisfy the defined scope and quality. Ensure completion of deliverables based on identified requirements and approved timeline. Identify risks, manage scope changes and resource constraints, and develop mitigation strategies as needed. Lead and facilitate project meetings ensuring effective and timely communication across the project team, especially among project stakeholders and leadership. Communicate with project teams and management regarding the status of all ongoing projects including project issues and accomplishments. Drive decision-making and escalation among project stakeholders and leadership, when appropriate. Continuously improve upon existing project management methodology. Assist with the expansion of project management methodology, best practices, and tools. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-evolving environment, where principles guide decision-making rather than rigid processes. Comfortable with shifting priorities and rapidly changing projects, processes, and opportunities in response to an evolving landscape.
What You Will Bring5 - 8 years of project management experience in a professional services environment. Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Strong leadership, prioritization, and organization skills. Ability to develop and maintain ongoing relationships with leadership, stakeholders, and project sponsors. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to present detailed or complicated information in an understandable way to staff. Strong information-gathering and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to complex situations. Experience working with and collaborating among interdisciplinary teams to identify and solve complex business problems. Skilled in conveying business requirements to the appropriate business leaders and, where necessary, with vendors.
