Main responsibilities
Being the main project lead for large and complex tenant refurbishment/relocation projects.For smaller projects, being the project oversight ensuring the quality of project management and deliveryStrategically advise tenants in their needs analyses, site selection and lease negotiation processes.Tender and procurement of consultants, suppliers, and contractors.Being responsible for establish and strengthen relationship with clients.In collaboration with colleagues, sell in and identify new potential assignments.Assessing and elevating the maturity level of the project management processes and tools.Supporting in business development for our occupier servicesExperience and knowledge
At least 10 years’ of experience in a similar role as a project manager for office refurbishment/relocation projects.Leadership experience (not necessarily as a manager/supervisor)Extensive experience in managing budget and time schedule.Experience in advising on technical parts (project related appendices) of lease agreementsHave worked on fit out or development projects and have experience of the construction process as well as IT, data infrastructure, AV and security solutions.Has knowledge and experience of government processes.Has understanding of change management processes related to the integration of new ways of working.Sees an advantage and appreciates the international business environment.Good communication skills in both English and Swedish.Highly skilled in MS projects and Office 365.Education
An academic degree relevant to the position, for example from a civil engineering programme or similar.

Furthermore, you should possess good business acumen and be good at involving other project staff in the management of objectives. You should have the ability to quickly form an overall picture of complex issues and are not afraid to make decisions. As a person, you describe yourself as prestige less and somebody that proactively takes initiatives. For the role, it is important that you are someone who can build and maintain good relationships with customers, partners and suppliers, while taking great pride in doing a good job, at all levels.
