Job Description · You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Energy Efficiency Project in Sacramento, CA at FTB HQ  · You will be Responsible for walking the job site while managing 2-3 Southland Project Managers, ensuring maximal energy savings  · You will collaborate with Solutions Executives during Project Development to review project constructability and risk, develop construction pricing, and to prepare construction schedules.  · Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project.  · Participates in project meetings with internal departments. Provides leadership to project team to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met. Trains and mentors less-experienced positions. Skills and Requirements Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Energy Field    · At least 6/8 years need to be as a Project Manager  · Past experience and strong knowledge within the Energy ( ESCO) field: Energy savings, HVAC, Controls, Water Systems, Generation  · Ability to read and translate blueprints  · Strong Intangibles: Verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of employees, clients and subcontractors  · Strong knowledge of building construction processes and methods and building codes and permitting · Someone that comes from an ESCO (Energy Savings Contract Performance Based Background)  · Mission Critical project experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
