Kforce has a client in Pasadena, CA that is seeking a Senior Project Manager - ERP Platforms. Summary: In this role, the Senior Project Manager will lead the migration of an existing field service group from a legacy ERP system to a new platform. This role requires a senior-level project manager with extensive experience in ERP conversion projects, particularly in Finance, Accounting, and Purchasing integrations. The ideal candidate will have successfully led multiple ERP migration projects in mid-sized organizations. Responsibilities: * Lead cross-functional teams including IT, Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, and external vendors to document project scope, tasks, and resource requirements * Manage the migration of ERP platforms from GP to JDE, ensuring successful integration with IFS and JDE * Oversee the implementation of purchasing automation within JDE * Communicate proactively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, managing risks and providing status updates * Collaborate with internal teams on Change Management to ensure successful adoption of new JDE processes * Develop and execute test plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure quality and completion * Uphold project management best practices, including scope, risk, issue, schedule, and dependency management * Ensure comprehensive technical design and configuration documentation for ongoing support * Define and execute an ongoing support plan post-migration * Conduct project health assessments and lessons learned as directed by PMO
