Senior Project Manager - Highway What we are looking for: Aldridge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our Highway Division. This role will work collaboratively with Aldridge Business Groups to ensure that quality projects are produced safely, on time, and within budget. What you’ll do: Essential project and leadership duties include: + Driving our Incident and Injury Free (IIF) safety culture + Owning the P & L of one or many complex construction projects + Recruit, Lead and Develop your team + Market, Estimate, and Win Backlog + Fostering customer relationships + Facilitating project planning + Driving a project through the entire Aldridge Project Lifecycle Who you are: We are pursuing candidates with the following qualifications: + 10+ years of relevant work experience + Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent construction/union trade background + Proficient in estimating, scheduling, budgeting cost, field supervision, financial reporting, and client relationships + Thorough understanding of the Telecommunications Market + Industry Certifications + Extensive technical and business knowledge of Fiber Optic Cabling + Excellent communication and relationship-building skills + Problem solving and critical thinking skills + Ability to prioritize and manage time for yourself and others Who we are: Welcome to Aldridge, where we are on a mission to shape a better future through our commitment to excellence, innovation, community, and safety.
