A Bit About The Role Manage budget, cost, schedule, resources and timelines.Interface with external and internal stakeholders to capture project requirementsManage third party vendors and implementation partnersProvide project status updates to the stakeholders on a regular basis.Identify and obtain project team resourcesManage overall project performance including, scope, quality, schedule, and risks.Serve as the primary communicator with the sponsor and key stakeholders on project issuesReview contractor’s invoices and change orders for accuracy and completenessLead regularly scheduled, detailed project presentations to various levels of management.Ensure a good collaboration and working relationship between the project manager, line managers, and the resources assigned to the projectEnsure project costs are managed effectively, including development of recovery plan to stay within budget limitsEnsure project team members understand their respective responsibilitiesLead the requirements gathering, documentation, testing and deployment plans.Coach and lead team members to ensure that they complete task plans, tasks in a timely manner.Identify project risks and escalate in a timely manner. About You Bachelor’s degreePMP and/or Scrum Master certified10 years of experience leading, driving, and delivering ERP projects with multiple integrated work streams.The candidate should have hands-on experience working with various project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint.Experience working in/with any big 5 consulting companies such as Accenture, Deloitte is a huge plus.Proven experience managing ERP projects using waterfall and/or agile methodologiesExperience leading Oracle Fusion and Salesforce projects is a huge plus.Has experience managing projects within IT for Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain and CRM business functions.Impeccable verbal and written communications skills to work effectively with senior stakeholdersSolid attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems
