Senior Project Manager Lead
Position Overview International Corporation, a leading North American truck manufacturer with great products, a strong market position and best-in-class distribution network, has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager Lead to join our Research and Development team. This is currently a hybrid position working 3 days in office and 2 days work from home a week at our WHQ in Lisle, IL. (International R&D group reserves the right to update the current hybrid working status at any time) The Senior Project Manager Lead will manage multiple projects at different stages and will ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Programs could be driven by quality issues, cost reduction, supplier concerns and feature enhancements. The Project Manager Lead will work with a cross functional team to identify a resolution, monitor progress through engineering and validation process, and work with purchasing and manufacturing teams to ensure changes are implemented. Responsibilities Manage projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Tracking and Monitoring projects in each of their stages. Report and summarize their status in the completion process as well as status to the original program targets. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. Monitor release activities and work cross functionally in the development of projects from start to end to ensure all metrics are being met. Champion process management activities and lead process review committees Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 8 years of project/program management experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR Master’s degree At least 6 years of project/program management experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR At least 10 years of project/program management experience At least 1 year of lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
