**Overview**
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the Medical Communications project management team with project-related tasks and workflow management. Focuses on flawless execution and attention to detail. Main project lead for Congress work on the Medical Communications team. In addition, the Senior PM exhibits professional and motivating behavior at all times.

**ABOUT THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM**
Here at the Project Management team, we’re responsible for keeping the lights on and wheels moving for every project and deliverable within the agency. We are the emissaries of efficiency, catalysts for client satisfaction, and the go-to lion tamers of managing team expectations. No job is too great for us because our shared passion for process is what helps keep the rest of the agency moving.
**Responsibilities**
**Knowledge**
· Clear understanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow through the agency
· Always adheres to agency process
· Basic knowledge of client organizations, products, disease states, and medical education
· Basic knowledge of client legal/compliance regulations and processes
**Tactics and Execution**
· Works with other senior/project managers, account, scientific, and creative teams to define the scope of work
· Develops project timelines and budgets and ensures timelines and budgets stay on track throughout the project lifecycle
· Has the ability to think critically about project lifecycle and can identify potential trouble spots before they materialize
· Keeps accurate and organized records of finances, including estimates, revisions, status, etc.
· Responsible for client contact and follow-up on all project task–related deliverables
· Helps to prepare Veeva submissions (clients’ Medical, Regulatory, and Legal submission platform)
· Routes all client-facing documents through account, scientific, creative, and editorial
· Manages attendee recruitment/generation for onsite or virtual meetings including invitations, confirmations, evaluation forms, and thank you letters
· Participates/Leads on weekly internal/client status meetings and creates/routes follow-up status reports
· Creates/prepares all meeting materials for live or virtual meetings
**Client Relationship**
· Maintains timely and professional written and verbal communications with clients, vendors, advisors, and KOLs
· Attends client-facing meetings including advisory boards, congresses, and speaker training when necessary
**Qualifications**
· Bachelor's Degree
· 5-7 years' applicable experience as a Project Manager in an agency setting
· Healthcare or pharma experience is required (medical communications experience preferred)
· Solid understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and develop detailed work plans and specifications
· Comfortable managing relationships with multidisciplinary teams, which may consist of creatives, account, scientific, and editorial
· Must have an understanding of basic finance
· High energy level and ambitious—team player, extremely proactive and flexible
· Detail-oriented and organized
· Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and health care professionals on a regular basis
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to problem solve and offer solutions

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $106,260 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
