Senior Project Manager - MEPF/Interior (Western Visayas)

Job Description Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering high profile, high value and mission critical major projects. This position will oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, to the highest standards of quality and safety. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, regulatory bodies and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of project management duties on allocated projects.

About the role:

Management of project deliverables, including developing scope of work, scheduling project reports, managing the development of drawings for clients and property/facility management team, designing and development and constructions phases for assigned project.Proactively manages project-related issues on an account or assigned project, as necessary.  Ensure success in initiation, planning, execution, and completion of all projects against agreed upon targets.    Maintain high qualitative and quantitative standards for work performance along with maintaining accurate and consistent electronic files.Prepare agendas and meeting materials, lead meetings, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met. 

About You:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.8 to 10 years of related experience.  Solid project management skills with demonstrated understanding of project management business.  Experience in client relations, client management and consulting.  Autonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion.
