This is a role well suited to ambitious professionals, looking for the next step in their career. As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

You will be managing assigned projects in line with PM@DX process, budget and time. You will be helping coordinating a dedicated team of Project Managers within the assigned country and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, on budget and with quality. You will support the country sales organization in the bid development phase of large and complex deals and ensures early involvement of local project managers. You will be responsible for ensuring that the assigned Project Management organization meets all agreed performance goals. You will collaborate with Zone Project Management Head and Regional SI PMO to ensure that country project execution is in compliance with global DX project management standards (PM@DX). You will be the privileged point of contact with Zone Project Management Head, to respond to requests and expectations relating to the countries You will provide escalation support to country project managers with direct engagement where necessary. You will facilitate, lead, and participate in initiatives including projects and workshops. You will regular status reports on progress of key projects to regional management and key stakeholders.

You have completed studies in management or engineering or comparable You have experience and proven records in managing projects with a good understanding of Healthcare business, Services business and Project Management Processes You have a proven track record of successful project delivery and the ability to improve project management performance within a project management organization You have even a short experience in the design and management of works/infrastructures with knowledge of the main types of systems (plumbing, electrics etc.)Constant collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure an efficient supply chain and low costs. Intercultural sensitive, managing people and driving a high-performance culture is one of your key strengths You have good presentation and communication skills, and you show team and customer orientation Since you are interacting with international teams, excellent English skills (spoken and written) are necessary, knowledge of other languages is of advantage You are motivated, flexible, able and willing to work under high time pressure and deliver high quality results

Required skills to have for the success of this role

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Project Management Certification, e.g. PMI or equivalent required Minimum of 3 years of experience as Project Manager required, preferred in the field of healthcare projects Willing to travel up to 50% English
