The Opportunity  

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO (Proxy Product Owner) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong background in working within agile teams. Prior experience in project management is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between development teams and location/site stakeholders to address development or bug requests.Gather and document detailed requirements for all requests and prepare them for review by senior leads and stakeholders.Organize and prioritize requests, inserting them into the development backlog for efficient processing.Have a solid understanding of the development roadmap and backlog prioritization, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery/development teams.Oversee the development backlog, ensuring tasks are progressing smoothly, and proactively address any impediments and risks.Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely and successful completion of tasks.Coordinate with requesters to conduct thorough testing of completed developments.Facilitate communication and alignment between various project stakeholders.Raises ideas and initiatives for improvementDrives improvements in coordination with the stakeholders to ensure the overall process remains as efficient as possible

Requirements:

Excellent communication and organizational skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.Experience in an agile team environment, preferably with Scrum and/or SAFe 6.0Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.At least 7 years of experience in a delivery management/project management role is preferred.Strong written and spoken English language skills (C1)German language is preferred (B2)

Salary

As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 3850 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
