**Senior Oracle ERP Project Manager**
**Location:** **Denver, CO area**
**Job Type:** **1+ year Contract**

**Travel:** **Travel within the US is required once every ~4-6 weeks**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior Oracle ERP Project Manager** with deep expertise in **Oracle ERP/Financials** and a proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-level **ERP, Financial, Procurement, and Technology** projects valued between **$2M and $5M** . The ideal candidate will have at least **8 years of experience** in **Oracle ERP implementations, financial systems, and procurement processes** , with strong leadership in **Oracle Procurement (P2P preferred), Oracle Analytics, and Oracle EPM** . **SCADA experience is a plus.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and manage enterprise-wide **Oracle ERP/Financial/Procurement** projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
+ Collaborate with **business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors** to drive project success.
+ Oversee **Oracle Procurement (P2P), Oracle Analytics, and Oracle EPM** projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
+ Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, for initiatives in the **$2M - $5M range** .
+ Develop and implement **strategic roadmaps** for ERP and financial technology initiatives.
+ Drive **change management and process improvements** within enterprise Oracle ERP implementations.
+ Ensure **compliance with financial regulations, governance policies, and industry best practices** .
+ Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including **business analysts, developers, consultants, and key stakeholders** .
+ Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring **high-quality project execution** .
+ Develop **KPIs, dashboards, and reports** to track project progress and business outcomes.
**Required Qualifications & Skills:**
+ **8+ years of experience** in **Oracle ERP/Financial implementations** .
+ **8-10+ years of experience** leading **large-scale ERP, Financial, Procurement, and Technology projects** valued at **$2M-$5M** .
+ Strong expertise in **Oracle Procurement (P2P preferred), Oracle Analytics, or Oracle EPM** .
+ Experience working with **SCADA systems** is a plus.
+ Deep understanding of **financial processes, procurement operations, and enterprise technology solutions** .
+ Strong knowledge of **project management methodologies** (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
+ Excellent skills in **stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and executive reporting** .
+ Proficiency in **Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion, or other modern ERP solutions** .
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
+ PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
