This is a New York-based hybrid position and does require availability to work on-site or complete site visits in New York. What you’ll do + Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual commercial real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. + Interface directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. + Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes; conduct standard to sophisticated requests for proposals; complete bid analysis; lead evaluation interviews and recommend resources to clients. + May lead project delivery resources/team (typically a larger more expert-level team) providing project mentorship and direction to achieve project goals. + Implement communication plans for meetings, written reports and meeting minutes to ensure client and project resources are advised in real-time. Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated. Facilitate project meetings. + Supervise progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Craft action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule. + Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to resolve impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk. + Demonstrate ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. + Other duties as assigned. What you’ll need Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. + Bachelor's degree with at least six years of related experience and/or training. + Previous Project Management experience with commercial renovations and retail bank projects is a plus. General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. + Experience utilizing PMWeb project management software is preferred. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while managing multiple projects and/or programs in varying stages. Class "A" Financial, Professional Services Sector, or Retail Bank experience is helpful. + Ability to work from the client's NYC offices and travel throughout the Northeast to complete site visits is required. The minimum salary for this position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
