Senior Project Manager - Retail Wireless

Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we’ll emerge as the nation’s fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** We are looking for a highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage various projects within our Retail Wireless team. This role will significantly influence critical sales functions and customer retention by managing and executing key projects to enhance the retailer experience. You will collaborate with various teams to align on strategic initiatives, provide project updates, and ensure the successful execution of assigned programs. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead key business initiatives for Boost Mobile, Retail Wireless, and Dish, creating roadmaps aligned with program, product, and marketing strategies. + Manage the Elevate Marketing Platform, overseeing day-to-day business operations, creative copy approvals, business results, and team satisfaction. + Partner with vendors to deliver creative campaigns for Boost Dealers via SMS, Email, and Outbound Calling, focusing on customer engagement and brand value. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales Ops, IT, Marketing, etc.) to address concerns, support platform enhancements, and ensure project success. + Troubleshoot platform issues, develop reporting requirements, and provide training for teams, ensuring smooth operations and performance tracking. + Support product releases, manage instructional design requests, and create contest solutions to drive key metrics and sales behaviors. **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + BS or BA in Business Marketing and/or Management + Six years related work experience + 2+ years of marketing and/or technical experience preferred **Skills and Qualifications:** + Product and project marketing experience + Excellent organizational, facilitation, presentation development, and written/verbal communication skills + Ability to develop requirements for project design + Self-motivation with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to collaborate with vendors and cross-functional resources and work well in a distributed environment + Ability to plan for future work while maintaining the current delivery with rapidly changing priorities + High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite + Experience in the wireless industry a plus **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .
