Senior Project Manager FEC Transaction Monitoring

Your Role 
As Project Manager Transaction Monitoring, you are responsible for the governance, structure, support, and documentation of the change programs of Transaction Monitoring. This requires strong stakeholder management, operational oversight, a structural approach, great relationship management, and a getting-things-done mentality.
You will operate as a central point of contact to guide and support in achieving TM Change the Bank & Run the Bank deliverables.
As Project Manager Transaction Monitoring at Rabobank, you will contribute to achieving the purpose of the FEC TM domain by focusing on several different projects within the TM domain.

You are a strong sparring partner for our stakeholders, with a thorough knowledge of the FEC TM domain. As an independent expert, you have the ability to signal trends and provide reports/management information. You keep up to date with relevant developments, observe bottlenecks, and translate them into process and/or policy improvements.
Working closely with the TM teams, you understand the challenges they face. You have a proactive and hands-on approach, with a strong focus on quality and adherence to internal policies and external regulations. Additionally, you provide solicited and unsolicited professional advice to colleagues from FEC TM, the business, and (senior) management.

Examples from Practice

You play a proactive role within the Project Management Team Office, collaborating closely with FEC TM Control Standards, Operations and FEC Tech.You maintain and support the structure and processes necessary for decision-making and managing escalations of risks, issues, and changes in scope, costs, and planning.You support and manage program dependencies on the critical path, including strategies for dependencies between projects and programs.You coordinate and manage changes in program scope, identifying and mitigating risks and obstacles that could impact the program’s objectives.You assess the program’s performance and key outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, and review key PMO deliverables, reports, and other ad hoc program reports.

Your Skills and Talents 
It is logical that customer orientation, analytical skills, and the ability to handle resistance are indispensable for the role of Senior Project Manager FEC TM. Additionally, it is important that you recognize yourself in the following:

You hold a master’s degree in Change Management, Business Administration, or Finance, with 5-10 years of experience leading complex projects.You have banking experience and expertise in Transaction Monitoring within FEC, including knowledge of WFM Pega.You are fluent in English, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects, and experience with lean methodologies and agile environments.You are proficient in Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.You have strong communication skills, experience in Risk Management, and the ability to handle complex matters independently.You are a strong sparring partner for stakeholders, with decision-making capabilities based on independent judgment.
