We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives and executive communications in reverse logistics for AT&T. Our team oversees billions in procurement, manages hundreds of millions in 3PL vendor spend, and handles tens of millions of units annually.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive transformation efforts across a complex team.
Ability to understand details in deep operational processes and ladder them up in communications and executive summaries for partner teams and stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership, including executives.
Utilize analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management.
Exceptional communication skills, particularly in conveying complex information to executives.
Strong analytical skills to understand and manage large-scale operational processes.
Experience working in supply chain or a large-scale operation.
Strategic mindset .
Education: Preferred Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience. PMP Certification desired. If you have a PM Certification, please list it on your Resume.
Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years’ Supply Chain experience.
Supervisory: No.
Our Senior Project Managers earn between $105,600 - $158,400 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
