What is the Opportunity?
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project/Program Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team as an individual contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for driving complex, cross-functional projects and programs aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition strategies. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to deliver key initiatives and manage the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to independently drive results.
What will you do?
Project and Program Management:
Lead and execute multiple talent acquisition projects from start to finish. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely completion.Strategic Execution:
Develop and implement detailed project plans, set clear objectives, and prioritize activities to align with the organization’s talent acquisition goals.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, business leaders, recruiting teams) and external vendors to execute projects. Drive alignment and manage communication across teams to ensure seamless execution.Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve talent acquisition processes. Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall impact.Risk and Issue Resolution:
Proactively identify and manage project risks and challenges, working to resolve any issues quickly to prevent disruptions to project timelines.Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data and analytics to track project progress and outcomes. Provide regular status updates to key stakeholders, adjusting strategies based on insights and performance metrics.Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and to provide visibility into project progress. Manage project feedback loops and adapt to changing requirements as necessary.Change Management:
Support the implementation of new tools, processes, or strategies within the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to best practices.Budget and Resource Coordination:
Manage resources and support budget planning for projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within financial parameters.What do you need to succeed?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, sourcing, and selection. Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in project management methodologies and best practices. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex challenges independently. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.). Experience working with recruitment technology tools (e.g., ATS systems, CRM, HRIS). Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile). Experience with process improvement frameworks or methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).What’s in it for you?

This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
