Come join us! **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** Preferred candidate will be primarily versed in State of Texas Air Permitting and Regulatory Compliance, specifically Title V and NSR permitting experience. Federal and various State permitting and regulatory knowledge also expected but not primary focus. **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor of Science + Minimum of 5 years professional experience + Open to educational background pending relevant work experience. + Looking for actual experience with multiple full-scale or turn-key projects relating to the preparation, submittal and follow-up with Texas Title V and NSR permitting, with emphasis on Title V. **Technical Requirements:** + Expect standard MicroSoft Office proficiencies for this level of experience. + Texas Title V Permitting, Texas New Source Review (NSR), Texas Non-Attainment New Source Review (NANSR) as well as State of Texas specific regulatory knowledge (30 TAC 115, 117, etc.) **Other miscellaneous qualities:** + Travel expected to be low, but could be necessary for project execution. + P.E. in State of Texas preferred, but not required. **ATLAS EEOC Statement** **Atlas is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
