Senior Projet Delivery Lead

We are looking for a Senior Project Delivery Lead who is proactive, knowledgeable, and collaborative to join our Engineering Team, based in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.

 

About the Role

As Senior Project Delivery Lead, you will head and execute large strategic projects from concept design to handover, directly linked to our 10-year plan. You will be accountable for implementing all necessary activities to achieve the full benefit of the investment according to the defined schedule and agreed cost. You will guide the project team from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring project objectives are met.

 

Who You Will Work With

Together with the team, you will drive the definition of sustainable solutions and establish governance for timely execution. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, including other department heads and senior management, to ensure our activities meet all regulatory requirements.

 

What You Will Do

You develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.You provide technical guidance and expertise to team members.You lead and manage the project, ensuring all activities achieve full benefit.You approve project plans and scope changes and manage their impact.You track and report project schedule and budget, ensuring alignment.You ensure project success factors (performance, sustainability, compliance, safety).

 

Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills

Master’s degree in construction or engineering field, strong knowledge of Engineering management.At least 15 years of experience in design and execution, ideally in biopharma or life sciences.Strong experience managing capital budgets in diverse regulations and market constraints, meeting financial targets, and driving cost-optimization with best strategies and partnership.Good understanding of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and Quality aspects, PMI certification is an asset.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Full professional proficiency in French and English.
