Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Property Accountant in Bingham Farms, Michigan. This role operates within the property accounting sector and will see you maintaining and enhancing customer records, processing related applications, and addressing any inquiries. This position also requires diligent monitoring of customer accounts and instigating any necessary action. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records • Assist with month-end closing activities • Conduct accurate account reconciliations • Engage in property accounting duties • Utilize Yardi software for property accounting functions Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a property accounting role or related field • Ability to effectively perform Account Reconciliation • Familiarity with Yardi property management software preffered • Solid understanding of accounting principals • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
