Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Assistant Facilities Manager supports the facilities organization at a specific location, set of buildings, or campus environment. The Assistant Facilities Manager is charged with supporting the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs and workplace services delivery that provides a well-managed and well-maintained building. Places an emphasis on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, in coordination with the client's goals and objectives.Job Description
About the Role:
Service Delivery & Compliance – Ensure the team meets service standards under the Performance Management Framework and compliance with KPIs.Issue Resolution & Preventive Actions – Analyze feedback cases, coordinate with contractors, and plan preventive maintenance to address recurring issues.Case Management – Oversee seepage and roof leakage cases, including inspections, rectifications, and long-term planning.Stakeholder & Team Support – Collaborate with agencies on site issues, mentor new officers, and guide the team on technical matters.Inspections & Safety Compliance – Conduct ad hoc inspections, MP walks, verify work orders, and ensure Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards.About You:
Proven track record as a PO or SPO in township management.Demonstrate positive service attitude and good track record of serving residents and grassroots organizations. Compliments received by residents or GRLs will be an advantage.Able to communicate and connect well with external stakeholders and internal customers.Demonstrate good teamwork and willing to assist new colleagues.Diploma in Building, Building Maintenance/ Management, Facilities Management, or other approved qualifications preferred but not mandatory.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
