Senior Property Manager

Senior Property Manager position to join a team and manage a local retail and office portfolio in the Costa Mesa/Orange County airport area. $110K - $120K DOE + annual bonus potential + benefits package.

Senior Property Manager Details:

Direct Hire position$110,000.00 to $120,000.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)Lead a team with the management of a retail and office portfolioMaintain tenant relations and resolve escalated concernsProperty tours and visit propertiesAssist engineering and project management team with any improvement projectsCommunicate with vendors as needed and ensure work is completedCommunicate with various teams for tenant build outs, TIs, construction projects etc.Review property invoices, prepare budgets, financial repots, assist with CAM recs etc. Deal with tenant delinquencies as needed 

Senior Property Manager Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial property management experienceBachelor's Degree preferredCA Real Estate License requiredProficient with Microsoft Office; MRI knowledge a plus
