What this role involves.
You’ll oversee a premium office portfolio where no day will be the same. Providing the highest level of service, you will ensure the owner and our tenants are engaged and happy on a daily basis and confirm that all client deliverables and scope of services are undertaken to the highest degree of expertise and professionalism.
Key responsibilities include.
Managing day-to-day operations of assigned commercial and industrial properties, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently
Preparing and managing budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
Serving as the primary point of contact for property owners, maintaining strong relationships, and regularly communicating property performance
Addressing tenant needs, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
Selecting, coordinating, and overseeing third-party service providers and contractors
Overseeing lease negotiations, renewals, and ensuring compliance with lease terms
Ensuring properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards
Supervising and mentoring junior property management staff
Staying informed about local real estate market trends and advising clients on property positioning and improvements
Implementing and managing energy-efficient and sustainable practices within properties
Leveraging property management software and other technologies to enhance operational efficiency
This is what we’re looking for.
You have a successful track record in commercial property management, and you have that reputation for providing friendly, timely and effective service towards clients, tenants and contractors.
Exceptional communication skills are essential with a familiarity with property management software and tools. You possess a solution-orientated mindset in order to assess and address issues quickly.
A current real estate licence will be required.
